1 (8 oz) cream cheese softened
1/2 cup real butter, softened (I use margarine)
1/4 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup finely chopped pecans or sliced almonds
Graham crackers or Graham sticks
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add sugars; beat until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours Place cream cheese mixture on large piece of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour Just before serving roll ball in nuts. Serve with graham crackers or forget the nuts and serve as a dip.
