White Chili

1 lb. chicken chunked
1 medium onion
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 Tbs. oil
2 can great northern beans (drained)
1 can chicken broth
1 can white or regular corn
1 can chopped green chilies
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 cup sour cream
1/2 c. whipping cream

In a large pan saute chicken and onion in garlic and oil. Add ingredients: beans through pepper. Boil, then reduce heat and simmer. Remove from heat and add sour cream and whipping cream. Serve.

Have sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and corn chips available as toppings. Yum!**
