Easy Sandwich Rolls

8 C. flour (all white or 3 C. whole wheat 5 C. white)

½ C. margarine

3 pkg. yeast (3 tablespoons)

½ C. sugar

1 Tbsp. salt

3 C. lukewarm water (90-120 degrees)

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar and margarine. Add half the flour and beat until smooth. Add salt and incorporate. Add remaining flour until dough is soft but not sticky. Melt approx. 2-3 tablespoons butter or margarine on cookie sheet. Form dough into rolls of desired size. Let rise 10-20 minutes. Bake at 375˚ for 20 minutes or until light brown. Makes 30-36 rolls.
